Call The Board
A memecoin run like a board of directors. Holders take a seat, resolutions are tabled, and the vote decides what the project actually does next. Every decision is numbered and stays on the record forever.

Every holder gets a seat.
Hold at least 50,000 $BOARD and you sit at the table. Your voice is weighted by tickets, and tickets grow with the square root of your holding, so a large holder speaks louder, but not a hundred times louder.
| Tier | Holding | Tickets | Vote | Table resolutions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Observer | under 50,000 | 0 | No | No |
| Intern | 50,000+ | 1 to 4 | Yes | Queue only |
| Analyst | 1,000,000+ | 4 to 14 | Yes | Queue only |
| Board Member | 10,000,000+ | 14 to 31 | Yes | Yes |
| Chairman | 50,000,000+ | 31+ | Yes | Yes |
Board Members and above (10,000,000 tokens, 1% of supply) may table resolutions directly. Interns and Analysts may submit proposals to the queue for the administration to table.

Four steps to the table
- Step 1
Install Phantom
Get the Phantom wallet for your browser or phone from phantom.app. Write down the recovery phrase and never type it into a website. This one included.
- Step 2
Add SOL
Send SOL to your Phantom address from an exchange or from another wallet. It pays for the swap and the network fee.
- Step 3
Find the mint
Open pump.fun and paste the mint address shown on this page. Verify the address matches character for character; imitations exist.
- Step 4
Swap and take your seat
Swap SOL for $BOARD. With 50,000 or more you hold a seat. Come back here, connect Phantom, and the Board will recognise you.

Frequently raised points of order
Can whales buy every vote?
Weight grows with the square root of the holding, so ten times the tokens gives about three times the tickets, not ten. A wallet with 50,000 tokens has 1 ticket; a wallet with 50,000,000 has 31. And weight is fixed by a snapshot taken the moment a resolution is tabled, so buying after that changes nothing for that vote. A whale can still be loud. A whale cannot be the whole room.
What stops the administration from cheating?
The database, not a promise. Once a resolution is tabled its text, window, quorum and number are frozen by a trigger the application cannot bypass; the application role has no permission to delete or rewrite published records at all. The window cannot be closed early: the database refuses a finalization before the closing time. Every admin action is written to the public Minutes automatically. Admin votes with its own tickets like anyone else.
What stops a Board Member from tabling anything at all?
Several things. The wallet must have held 10,000,000 tokens without interruption for 7 days, as evidenced by daily holder observations, so borrowed tokens do not work. One resolution per wallet every 14 days. The quorum and window are set by the system, never by the proposer. Categories that touch funds, the treasury or permissions are closed to this route, and the record says so on every holder-tabled resolution. The wallet, tier and tickets of whoever tabled it are printed on the resolution forever.
Can a resolution disappear from the register?
No. There is no delete, hide or archive operation in the interface, in the API, or in what the application's database role is allowed to do. Numbers are assigned at publication as max plus one under a lock, so they cannot be reused or skipped; the register header shows the count against the highest number so a gap would be visible to everyone. Only an attachment (an image or a link) can be deactivated, and its place then shows that it was removed, when, and that the record is otherwise untouched.
Do I have to hold tokens to enter the programmes?
No. Entry never requires, favours or is affected by holding $BOARD. An entry has no wallet, balance, tier or ticket attached to it, and the data model has no place to put one.
How do I know a draw is not rigged?
When entries close, the participant list is locked and its hash published, and a future Solana slot is committed to. Nobody knows the blockhash of a slot that has not happened yet, the administration included. When the slot passes, its blockhash is read from the chain and fed into a published algorithm that anyone can rerun with the published inputs and get the same winners. A drawn programme cannot be redrawn.
Are the links on this site safe?
Treat every link as untrusted. Links in resolutions are added by whoever tabled the record. The site never turns text into links automatically, only allows https, always prints the destination domain next to the label, and sends every outbound click through a page that shows the full address and reminds you never to sign anything because a link asked. Deactivated links show as removed.
How do I know the votes are counted correctly?
Every vote is stored with the wallet, the choice, the tickets, the time, the signed message and the signature, and the frozen snapshot lists every seated wallet with its tickets. The audit endpoint on each resolution provides all of it. The result is the sum of tickets per side and the count of wallets per side, plus the quorum rule frozen at publication. A hash of the sorted votes is printed on decided resolutions; recompute it with the script in the repository and it must match.
Why do the numbers show while a vote is still open?
Because a boardroom does not vote in the dark. Figures are marked preliminary until the window closes, and both tickets and wallet counts are shown so a lead by three large holders is never mistaken for a lead by three hundred. Quorum progress is shown first so an early lead does not look decided.
