Programme entries
When you enter a programme we collect the contact you type (an email address, or an X or Telegram handle) so that winners can be reached, and a salted hash of your network address to limit automated entries. The contact is stored encrypted; only the administration can read it, and every such read is written to the public Minutes. Winners are shown publicly as an entry number and a masked contact. Legal basis: performance of the programme terms you accept when entering, and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
Retention: contacts are erased automatically 90 days after a programme concludes, and in any case no later than 365 days after entries close. Network-address hashes are used only for rate limiting and are erased with the entry.
Backups: our hosting provider keeps database backups. Erasure overwrites the live record at once, but a backup made before the erasure still holds the old encrypted contact until that backup expires. Backups are never read except to restore the service after a failure, and the key needed to decrypt contacts is not stored in them.
Erasure on request: paste the receipt you were given at entry time into the erasure form on the programme page, or write to the controller from the contact you entered with. The entry number and its public commitment remain so the draw stays verifiable; everything personal inside the entry is overwritten and cannot be recovered. Erasures are recorded in the Minutes without personal data.
Votes and publications
Voting, tabling and submitting use your wallet address and a message you sign. Wallet addresses are public identifiers on the Solana blockchain. Votes, publications and the Minutes are a permanent public record by design and are not erased; they contain no name, contact or network address.
Uploads and this site
Images you attach are stripped of metadata before storage. The site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics. Server logs held by the hosting provider may contain network addresses for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of the personal data above, and you may complain to your national data protection authority. Requests go to the controller contact.
