Prizes decided by the chain, not by us
Recurring draws with real prizes. Entry never requires, favours or is affected by holding $BOARD. An Observer with nothing and a Chairman have exactly the same chance. Every draw is recomputable by anyone.

Programme No. 01
The journey on offer
Resolution No. 01 chooses one of these two journeys; then a draw open to everyone decides who travels. Holding $BOARD makes no difference to the draw.
